WOW, I just noticed I haven’t had a pop for SO LONG… Close to a YEAR.. I actually don’t like it anymore. I love JUICE! 

i wanna say i havent drinken it in a while BUT i hate resturant water so i either get sprite or tea if i go out. but 99% of the time we dont and i drink water and green tea

snack: fiber bar = 95 calories

lunch:sugar free jello, fiber bar, 100 calorie popcorn = 195 calories

dinner: progresso light veggie soup= 120 calories

desert: sugar free jello = 10 calories

work out: burnned 100 calories

daily calories =425
